The Azienda Agricola Il Biviere organic farm, is located in Sicily between Catania and Siracusa, in the middle of the "golden triangle" of Sicilian blood oranges and covers 100 hectares of fertile land, that for thousands of years has held back the legendary waters of a lake, the Biviere.

In this evocative landscape, with Mount Etna rising behind citrus orchards extending as far as the eye can see, oranges enjoy the best climate conditions favouring their growth, thanks to an optimal temperature range fostered by the change from sunny daytime to a dry cool temperature at night, and to soil composition, made more fertile by volcanic lava; these features make our biological citrus fruits not only fragrant and tasty, but also healthy and natural.

The Biviere is the trademark for our products and we cultivate organic oranges (red and blond), lemons, clementines and grapefruit trees. The whole farm is organic since 1993 and in our Packing House, in the company headquarters, we only work with organic product.
